We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our existing team...
The role will be to supervise all off-site property housekeeping ensuring all properties are cleaned to a 5* standard. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will ensure cleaners are being used effectively across all properties and check them all prior to guest’s arrival. You will organise your team and work with them to monitor performance and standards, liaising with the Operations Manager should any further training be required. Working with the Brompton Lakes Housekeeper and deputising when applicable, you will possess thorough knowledge of the operation and properties of Holiday at Home.
You will possess exceptional organisational skills, together with previous experience of managing teams over multiple sites. Ideally from a hospitality background you will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, or have the skills and desire to progress to the next level.
