Set on a single storey, there are two stylish bedrooms each with their own unique design and colour scheme. The grey and yellow bedroom features as one of our most talked-about bedrooms in the Holiday at Home collection, this room also has a television. Both beds are super-king size and can split into twins. Austin is a popular romantic getaway for couples and a mini-moon destination in Yorkshire.

The bedrooms share a contemporary bathroom with a large bath and an overhead shower. There is a separate cloakroom with WC.

Young families can request a travel cot and a highchair. A z-bed for children up to 12 is also available.

The grounds beyond Austin are shared with two other houses at Holly House Farm, however the cottage feels private and exclusive. There is a large grassy area as you arrive which is enjoyed by families with children, and a bridle path runs beyond the cottage across the fields and into Richmond.

There is good wi-fi throughout this Yorkshire holiday cottage. The modern kitchen has a full inventory for that home from home experience. This includes a fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer.

This holiday home includes high-quality bed linen, towels for the bedrooms and hot tub, bathrobes and a small selection of luxury toiletries. On arrival, you will find a starter pack for the kitchen and log burner, and a locally sourced welcome hamper. Charcoal for the BBQ can be pre-ordered.
