On entering this stylish modern farmhouse the hallway opens through to an open-plan kitchen centred around the kitchen island. The spacious dining area seats 8 guests with a double-height ceiling overhead letting in plenty of light. Each bedroom is a room with a view looking over the Yorkshire countryside beyond the private grounds, and well-stocked with high-quality bed linen, towels for the bedroom and hot tub, and bathrobes.

Families with young children can pre-request a cot to be set up in the upstairs bedroom. A z-bed for children up to 12 years old can also be requested. There is a stairgate at the top and bottom of the stairs.

French doors from the dining area open straight out to the rear enclosed garden, ideal for a summer's evening. This private terrace is where you will find the large hot tub with festoon lighting twinkling overhead. This area is perfect for stargazing or drinks on an evening with your group on the outdoor seating.

The enclosed garden at the front of the house is the best spot for al fresco dining and the views of the grounds. Facing south-west for the afternoon and evening sun, this includes the charcoal Kamado BBQ, outdoor rattan dining set and sun loungers. The outdoor covered bar has its own pizza oven, a brilliant way to entertain all ages.

Beyond the gate groups can enjoy an acre of grounds, perfect for ball games with the children on the grass. The footpath beyond runs across the fields, offering an easy walk with the pooch.

There is free wi-fi throughout this Yorkshire holiday home and ample parking for four cars. The modern kitchen is well-equipped for a home-from-home experience. This includes a fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a small washer dryer.
