Make sure to grab your map from reception and follow the trail which winds its way through the beauty of the North Yorkshire countryside, passing the impressive ruins of Easby Abbey. Upon nearing the end of your journey you will arrive at The Station which is a vibrant social space with a cinema, a cafe and an ice cream parlour serving the best ice cream you have ever tasted.

Located at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, staying at Brompton Lakes is your gateway to the Yorkshire Dales. Purchase all of your meats in preparation for a family barbecue and then finish off by heading over to the tearoom to grab a well-deserved cup of tea and a sweet treat. If cooking isn't your thing, why don't you indulge in a private dining experience and put one of our partner chefs in charge of dinner.

In and around Richmond there are also an incredible range of pubs and restaurants, perfect for you and the family to enjoy. We recommend French restaurant Rustique as well as popular gastropub The Black Bull in Moulton. For a more family friendly option head to La Piazza to enjoy the most delicious pizza or pasta alongside a lively Italian atmosphere.
