Rebecca West-facing luxury lakeside cabin overlooking the East lake. This layout of the lodge feels large and open plan, with the full-height glass sliding doors which lead onto the large private decking area. This is the perfect outdoor space for al fresco dining, with a charcoal BBQ and outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the wildlife.

During your stay make sure to take a stroll around Brompton Lakes. You can also play boules, make use of complimentary bikes or enjoy a game of tennis. For a more serene stay, relax on the private decking and appreciate the idyllic location and wonderful wildlife.

A perfect balance of rustic and cosy with a modern well-equipped kitchen, Rebecca has everything you should need and more on a self-catering holiday for up to six guests. The large living area spans the width of the lodge with a log-burning stove and comfy stylish sofas and armchairs. A smart TV is wall-mounted for a cosy evening, perfectly paired with a takeaway meal from the Brompton Lakes reception. The dining table sits at the heart of the lodge, then beyond the kitchen is a separate utility room.

Rebecca sleeps up to six people, with three spacious bedrooms leading off from the living area. The master bedroom has a super king-sized bed, dressing table and a large wardrobe. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a separate bath and shower. The further two bedrooms also have super-king beds, which can be set up as double or twin bedrooms. They share a large house bathroom with a shower over a bath.

Each lodge at Brompton Lakes has been individually designed by renowned interior designer Rosie Mennem. Rebecca is a beautiful lakeside cabin in Yorkshire full of neutral tones and wooden furnishing, perfectly selected to compliment the space. We love the cosy colours and fabrics of the living area, while the bedrooms are decorated in a classy style to create welcoming areas of calm, perfect for snuggling up after a full day’s exploring.

On arrival, you will find a seasonal locally sourced welcome hamper. There is wi-fi included in this luxury lakeside cabin. The modern kitchen is well equipped for that home-from-home experience, including a fridge freezer and dishwasher. There are washing facilities in the separate utility room. The living room has a Smart TV, DVD player and Bluetooth sound system. All Brompton Lakes lodges are five-star standard and include high-quality bed linen, towels and some toiletries. We include enough supplies for the fire, kitchen and washroom to get you going.

Families can request a cot and highchair in advance of arrival.

Private parking is available for two cars up the path and a short walk from the lodge. Sixteen electric vehicle points are also available at two of the car parks around the Brompton Lakes site. EV charging is not included in the booking price, please refer to the guestbook for more details.

A three-bedroom, two-bathroom log cabin in Yorkshire. The inside is all on one level, with a small lip over the door threshold. There is a short walk from the parking bays to the lodge, via a sloped gravel path.

The living, kitchen, and dining areas are open plan spanning the width of the lodge. There is floor to ceiling windows onto the private decking area. The utility room sits alongside the kitchen, with washing facilities.

There is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and bath. This room features a super-king bed that can be split into twins.

The third bedroom features a super-king bed that can be split into twins.

The second and third bedrooms share a large house bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The closest town to this lakeside cabin in Yorkshire is Richmond, just a few miles away, offering history, culture, restaurants, shopping and a weekly Saturday market filled with local produce. Richmond, North Yorkshire is the closest market town, and there’s a village shop just a mile down the road. Indulge in a hearty breakfast at your lakeside cabin or take a trip to The Station in Richmond, followed by a day of exploring one of the surrounding market towns, such as Leyburn or Barnard Castle twenty minutes away.
