A blissful escape for four in the market town of Ripon, North Yorkshire...

Open the large stable door into one of the area's most stylish boutique boltholes. Recently transformed from dilapidated stables, this fabulous accommodation in Ripon now offers a magical balance of idyllic countryside views, home comforts and incomparable grandeur for up to four guests...

This is the original stables to Prospect House, a protected building in Ripon built in 1840. Across the courtyard is Horse and Carriage, and booked together these two luxury holiday homes sleep ten guests in Unbridled for an unforgettable group getaway in North Yorkshire.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen provides everything you could need to rustle up a feast for the family, alongside a stylish breakfast bar for social eating and a sumptuous sofa to enjoy a morning coffee together, whilst catching up on the days news on the wall-mounted smart TV.

Once stabling for horses and coaches, Riding Boots now offers a contemporary design with some traditional touches. Guests will love the fusion of exposed brickwork, bold fabrics and carefully curated artwork by local artist David Stead. With a clean and minimalist aesthetic, every design detail in this cosy bolthole has been carefully considered for your next UK cottage holiday.

Downstairs in this luxury accommodation in Ripon, you will find a gorgeous double bedroom, with French doors opening straight out onto the private courtyard. The bed can be set as a twin or a super-king here. Step into the luxe bathroom suite with a shower tiled in glorious green.

The impressive en-suite bathroom features a freestanding bathtub for two in the centre of the room. Views over the grounds make this a perfect place to soak away after a day's adventure. The striking rainfall shower is the show stopper, with feature marble and unique tiles; it will be tough to tear yourself away.

To the front of this luxury holiday home, the open courtyard has a wrought iron dining table and chairs from which you admire the glorious grounds. Beyond are the gardens, which are shared with Horse and Carriage. However, the outside seating in each faces away from each other to give more privacy. You can often spot pheasants, rabbits and the occasional deer in the paddock beyond.

Fire up the barbecue or play some table tennis on the outdoor table in summer, and watch the sunset in the quiet idyll. The garden is not enclosed though is well set back from the road.
