Royal Villa No 8 combines modern elegance with island charm, designed to accommodate up to 6 guests. The open-plan living areas feature spacious seating, ideal for relaxation or entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes a state-of-the-art coffee machine, an American-style fridge, and an ice-cold water dispenser, perfect for creating memorable meals.

The large dining table, seating eight, is located next to sliding doors that open to the outdoor balcony, where you can dine al fresco with stunning views of the pond and the Caribbean Sea. The villa also includes air-conditioning in all bedrooms and fans throughout the living spaces, ensuring ultimate comfort.

The villa offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with luxury and comfort in mind.

The master bedroom features an emperor bed, while the other two rooms boast super-king beds, one of which can be converted into twin beds. Each room has a walk-through dressing area and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. The en-suites are fitted with walk-in showers, and some rooms include additional luxurious touches for your ultimate relaxation. The master en-suite also features a bath, perfect for a soothing soak after a day in the sun.

The villa’s peaceful garden invites you to enjoy the abundant wildlife and tranquillity of this beautiful Barbados location.

For a comfortable stay, our villa has air conditioning throughout, as well as ceiling fans. There is parking for two cars. While public transport is limited, a car is recommended to easily reach restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Arrival and departure times can be arranged to suit your travel plans. Airport transfers and a meet and greet can also be arranged where you will be met once stepping off of the plane. Once luggage has been collected your tansport to the villa awaits you. This villa comes complete with housekeeping, a wonderful dedicated villa manager and 24hr security. The housekeeper visits twice a week. A daily maid service, including washing and ironing, is available upon request (additional charge).

A welcome hamper is included to help you settle in. Island life does mean Barbados the contents of your hamper may vary, but it is likely to include a bottle of wine (found chilling in the fridge for you) milk, bread, local Bajan rum cake, and crisps or nuts. In the kitchen, you will also find tea, coffee and sugar. There is the option the villa manager to pre-order groceries for your convenience ready for your arrival, with a few days notice.

Please note, there is a 10% Barbados tourist tax you will find applied to your booking rates.

The layout includes one bedroom on the entrance level and two additional bedrooms on the ground level. A separate WC is also available.

The design follows a reverse living concept, with ground-floor bedrooms providing a cooler sleeping environment, while the first-floor living spaces offer stunning views from a higher vantage point.
