The Yorkshire Dales
The unspoiled picturesque wilderness of the Dales makes it a paradise for artists, ramblers, and lovers of the outdoors. Move between our holiday cottages in North Yorkshire, many of which are in or within easy reach of the Yorkshire Dales. The many walking and cycling paths, pretty market towns, and dining spots to choose from make for an incredible experience.
This enchanting region is home to the most picturesque landscape of heather-clad moorland, ancient abbeys and charming seaside towns and villages. All these dramatic scenes live side by side in perfect harmony. From the gorgeous cottage Paddock View in Osmotherley at the top of the Moors, to the AONB of the Yorkshire Wolds beyond Malton, it’s a wide expanse to discover.
Head to the seaside for a dip in the sea and some fish and chips, or wrap up warm and explore the sprawling beaches in quieter months. We’re exploring some of Yorkshire’s finest coastline, discovering Whitby, Staithes, Saltburn and beyond.
Percy is a stunning hot tub lodge at Brompton Lakes sleeping up to 6 guests. The open plan living area features a log burner in this hot tub lodge, with full-height glass sliding doors leading to the large private decking area. This is the perfect outdoor space for al fresco dining with a charcoal BBQ and outdoor seating area to enjoy. The elevated position of this luxury lodge means it is set back from the lake front. The master bedroom is ensuite, and the further two spacious bedrooms share a bathroom.
A dog-friendly log cabin at Brompton Lakes, the south-facing Imogen is tucked at the end of the lake surrounded by willow trees, perfect for a group of up to 6 guests to enjoy the surroundings. The open-plan living area features a log burner, and floor-to-ceiling windows lead onto private decking with al fresco dining and rattan sofas. EV charging is available close by.
Flora is a luxury lodge with impressive lakeside views at Brompton Lakes luxury lodges in Yorkshire. Well located for exploring Richmond and the local area, the location is popular with families and friends wanting to explore or celebrate in style. Flora sleeps six guests, and features wonderful big windows looking onto the private enclosed deck and a small island full of wildlife on the east lake.

The large sliding glass doors opens onto private decking, which is great for al fresco dining and enjoying the wildlife.
